
Regardless if this is your first time...
You know exercise is good for you.
But seeing as I saw it today brings a whole new outlook, almost meaning, to being healthier.
Whether you know me, I talk alot about helping you live a healthier life. That's kind of what I use, like my 'mantra'.
But what you don't know though, is I actually BELIEVE I help everyday folks live a healthier life....
Maria, long time bootcamp client came for in today for her bi-monthly nutrition consultation.
Turns out she brought her doctor report card. You know the one you get says your tri-glycerides, cholesterol, etc.
She started January 15 2010. Joined Bootcamp. Joined TFT Nutrition System in April .
And I'll be first tell you LDL went from 154 to 125. Under 130 is good. Total cholesterol when from 241 to 200.
Now course I'm no expert. Nor claim exercise and diet alone make the difference. But in her case, there was not meds. No junk pills. No nothing. Maybe a little soreness.
We featured her last month as a client success in her video on the homepage on the website.
But because we feel compelled, by her story, her actions to DO something about it, we had to share this one with you.
When you finally try something, make up your mind you want to change, and do all in your power tohave that EVERYTHING, it all falls right where you want.
If you train now, keep going. Not just for the sake of your family and their well-being, but for you, your life, because you DESERVE it.
