In the news there's been lots
of talk about Michael
Jackson.
I'm not sure what you know
about him - good/bad, but he was and is
in my book as one of the best
entertainers of all time.
As scary as it may sound, I
wanted to be just like
him...doing his signature
kick he'd do, in my
mirror...
...yea, don't tell anybody.
But sadly , Michael's no
longer with us.
I was about to instruct one of
our bootcamps when I got the
news..
He was only 50 years old and
about to do a 50 state
"comback" tour - and getting
his out--of-shape body, ready
to perform like he used to be.
I wonder if he kept up his
exercise?
Alright, no more speculating.
Just makes you wonder why and
stop and think how important
your life is.
If you could, would you do
things to help you
live longer than 50, 60, 70?
What would you do? Just what
you've been doing? Or
something new? Or wait.....?
I encourage everyone to get into some
exercise program even if it
means skipping Wheel of
Fortune re-runs on Tuesday nights.
Not cause it's hip, cool, and
smooth - to exercise.
But
because its the right thing to
do.
RIP Michael Jackson.
