Hey!
I just thought I'd ask if you watched this show that was on TLC yesterday.
Rarely do I watch any t.v., but this one caught my eye.
It was about a man who weighed 650lbs.
The show was called 'the 650lb. Virgin'.
What suprised me and probably you, if you saw the show, was about 'how" this man lost 400lbs. and without doing surgery, drugs......
What did the trick for him was the ol' fashioned way of balancing the right protiens, carbs and fats. And taking one exercise,a day at a time.
I Imagine some days he wanted to quit. I know I would.
But I think because he 'madeup 'his mind, that he was able to overcome, and complete all obstacles that stood in his way.
You'll see on the show what 4 Years and 400lbs lost - can do to a person. Your ENTIRE life, and in this guy's case, love life - takes a 180.
And it just comes to show you how in-valuable support is towards your weight-loss goals. It's easy to call it quits. But his trainer never left his side.
That trainer saves this guys life. Never giving up. All the heavy man had to do was ask for un-conditional HELP.
Long story short, very inspiring story I urge you to watch. It'll put chill bumps on you like it did me.
Just a sprinkle of courage of what those two men exemplified and I'd be happy.

Robin's group at the Mall starts Phase 3 this coming Thursday. So please bring payment for phase 3 on this day. If you're a new camper to our program, you'll fill one simple form out.
Dr. Voung's group will join our other group and will start their first phase 1 session at the Mall on Monday Sept 14 at 630pm doing Monday/Wednesdays. If you haven't, just reserve your spot, if you can, so I know you're coming.
Have a great "rainy" Tuesday and TTYS......

P.S. His story made headlines all over the country. The 650lb virgin aired on TLC this past weekend. Inspiring, courageous, Determination. You watched a person exhibit what it takes to lose weight for good. A Good Trainer makes doing it, much easier. www.TFTHouston.com
