Performing simple exercises as little as 2x week causes microscopic tears in the muscle. Muscle contraction promotes muscle growth making you a physically stronger person - that'll burn more fat - leaving your reflection lean and firm. Pathways are freed in your body to circulate more oxygen and essential nutrients. You breathe easier, move with less effort, stay young, etc...
Obviously, the benefits of exercise are huge.
But I think there's 1 more important benefit overlooked pretty often, but worth mentioning to you today.
When you choose to exercise, pick up that dumbell, or do that situp - beautiful intangibles start to form.
Things like better Self-Esteem, More Confidence, Happiness.....exercise promotes things you can't really put a value on but I think fulfill the most important in life.
Not just your body benefits from exercise, but everything on the inside does, too. You're on to something...
When you sweat, push and pull - you get strong.
More importantly, you get strength that's more than skin deep.
